Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Adverge handles the information processed through your workspace and customer acquisition flows.

Last updated March 12, 2026

What we collect

Adverge collects the information you submit while setting up and operating your workspace, including account details, business details, uploaded assets, lead and message activity, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and functional.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and manage your workspace, deliver campaigns, route enquiries, improve the product, provide support, and protect the service from misuse or security issues.

Lead and customer data

When leads arrive through Adverge, the related contact details and message history are processed so you can review, respond to, and manage customer enquiries. That data is available to the users you allow into your workspace.

Sharing and providers

Adverge may rely on carefully selected infrastructure, analytics, communications, and identity providers to operate the service. We do not sell your data, and we only share it when needed to deliver the service or meet legal obligations.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the data we process.

Your choices

You can review and update core business details from your workspace settings. If you need help with access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact Adverge support and we will direct the request through the right process.

Data deletion requests

Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the email address, business name, and workspace details connected to your Adverge account or enquiry.

What we delete

We delete or anonymise personal information that Adverge controls, including account details, lead records, messages, uploaded assets, and related activity where deletion is allowed by law and operational obligations.

Business customer data

If your request relates to a business that uses Adverge, we may need to coordinate with that business because it controls parts of the customer relationship and booking history.

Verification

We may ask for information needed to verify that the requester is authorised to access or delete the data before processing the request.

Timing

We review deletion requests promptly and will confirm the outcome or any reason we must retain limited information, such as security, accounting, dispute, or legal requirements.
