Using Adverge

Adverge provides the portal, onboarding tools, campaign delivery, and lead handling workflows used to support your business. You may use the service only for your own business operations and only in a lawful way.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the people you allow to access your workspace, and the activity that happens from your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify Adverge if you believe your account has been compromised.

Business information and campaign assets

You confirm that you have the right to provide the business details, logos, photos, booking links, and other materials uploaded to Adverge. You remain responsible for ensuring those materials are accurate, current, and permitted for commercial use.

Service availability and changes

Adverge may improve, update, or adjust features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, and third-party dependency issues can occur.

Acceptable use

You may not use Adverge to submit misleading business information, infringe on the rights of others, send abusive communications, or run unlawful or deceptive campaigns. Adverge may suspend access where misuse puts customers, partners, or the service at risk.

Ending the relationship

You may stop using the service at any time. Adverge may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, security, non-payment, or misuse reasons. Any rights or obligations that reasonably need to survive termination will continue after the account closes.
